Please read our policies prior to placing an order. Should you have any questions regarding any of our policies, please contact us for clarification prior to ordering.

Sales
We ship all of our International orders via private courier of our choice, all options provide a tracking number.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible, unless otherwise stated, after payment has been received.
Prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube with professional care. Original art can be shipped roll or fully mounted.

SUAI Gallery is not responsible for any duties or additional shipping charges that may arise.

Payments 
You can pay with your local American Express/VISA/Mastercard/China Union Pay/Discover & Dinner/Japan Credit Bureau card using Paypal, or payments can be process via VISALINK.
We also accept and support BTC, please Contact us directly to be invoiced in bitcoins.
All prices are in USD. You can also make payments via bank transfers OR COD (Cash On Delivery) only for Local Clients (Guatemala region). 

ReturnsReturns are only accepted on merchandise that has been damaged.
Please keep all of the packaging you receive your print/original art/goods in and take a photograph of the damaged packaging and print/original art /goods.
Please, if you receive a damaged product you must notify us within 7 days and return it immediately.

Refund policy

Prints
Refunds for prints are only accepted on purchases that have not yet been shipped.
If you require a refund, you must contact us before we ship the item. Requests for refunds on items that have already shipped will not be fulfilled.

Original art
All sales are final on original art.
If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to help resolve any issues that may arise.
Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
